I live in Croatia and motherboard prices are very high here.
Gigabyte ga-ab350m-HD3 costs 105$ and a GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 costs 113 $
so i don't know which motherboard to buy

I hit the web and there seems to be decent review for Gaming 3 one here https://www.kitguru.net/components/motherboard/luke-hill/gigabyte-ab350-gaming-3-motherboard-review/

Seems like it can OC reasonably for its price. I could not find anything about HD3, but these are usually as budget as it gets and Gaming 3 is already a bit behind the curve there as seen in review.

So it's basically better to choose the devil you know instead of the devil you don't - go for Gaming 3, because it can OC for sure.

That particular Gigabyte board lacks any heatsinks on the VRM's FET's so while it can overclock it won't be very robust about it. I wouldn't expect it to hold even a 6 core at more than 3.8G under heavy load for more than 5 min's without the VRM temperatures soaring above 105C and throttling the CPU.

If I'm not mistaken the Gaming 3 and - DH3 share the same 4 phase VRM as the -HD3 but at least have some semblance of heatsinking on the FET's so if you located a fan on the VRM they should hold that 2400 at 3.8-3.9 gig for a long while. 3.9-4 Gig is possible with the right silicon and high enough VCore, but it will get very hot so you best have very good cooling on both CPU and in VRM area.

Two other more preferable choices if overclocking is a consideration for an mATX: MSI AB350M Mortar and Asrock AB350M-Pro4.

I will maybe buy a ASROCK Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 if the msi mobos aren't good enough

If that's like AsRock's other B350 boards, that looks to be a 3-phase VRM where FET's and coils are paralleled in the phases. So it has good power handling but since they're not properly doubled regulation won't be as good, or as 'clean', as the 4 phases from MSI's boards like Mortar or Tomahawk. It does have a very nice looking heat sink, which is very good.

It IS an ATX while the others mentioned were mATX, but it probably be as fine a board as the others. It's probably just a compromise in the end where it will ultimately depend on how good your CPU specimen is for how far you can easily achieve a stable 24/7 overclock anyway.
