I'd go with Antec unit since it's better with a bit higher wattage than the worst offered by Corsair.

Since you asked tires as well, here's how they are:

Corsair
VS450 (CP-9020009) - Tier 4 (OEM: CWT)
VS450 (CP-9020049) - Tier 4 (OEM: CWT)
VS450 (CP-9020096) - Tier 4 (OEM: CWT)
VS450 (CP-9020170) - Tier 4 (OEM: HEC)

Antec
Antec VP500PC - Tier 4 (OEM: CWT)
Antec VPA500P - Tier 4 (OEM: CWT)
Antec VP500P v2 - Tier 3 (OEM: FSP)

Any Seasonic unit would be much better than those above.

Seasonic
Seasonic S12II, M12II EVO, G, S12G - Tier 2 (OEM: Seasonic)
Seasonic Focus+, PRIME - Tier 1 (OEM: Seasonic)
