Max RAM speed on AB350M+Ryzen 3 2200G?

I have searched far and wide, but to no avail I can't get my ram to run at near it's advertised speed and i dont know if it's the ram, mobo or cpu/apu that is limiting:
Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 3000 C15
AB350m Pro4
Ryzen 3 2200G

I have seen information on both the Mobo and CPU/APU running 3200 MHz RAM seperately, can they not do it together or not with this specific RAM kit?

I can get it to 2666 MHz with 1.35V, any higher (2800 or 2933) will result in a permanent black screen (no-POST?) untill i reset CMOS.

Should I do something with timings or voltage?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this problem?
Many thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Dominique

Edit: my RAM is not on the Memory QVL, if I take one of the ones that are on the list, has it a good chance to work?

It could be your motherboard, but most likely the CPU. AMD's Ryzen 1st gen and the Ryzen APUs have a hard time with high speed memory, you may want to return your Ryzen APU and try buying a different one and see if that fixes it, as I don't think its the memory, but double check your motherboards support page to make sure that is supports your exact kit of memory.

Thanks for the answer, this specific RAM is not on the list, so if I take one of the ones that are on the list, it has a good chance to work or will the CPU/APU still not use it?

Now that we know the ram isn't on the QVL list, it has not be qualified to work with your motherboard at it's rated speed. You will need a new motherboard that supports your memory and APU, or the more likely method of returning your memory and purchasing something on the QVL list of your motherboard.
