Hey,

My PC at the moment:

Gtx 1080
I7 4770 non-k
MSI B85 G41
650W Silentiumpc Deus m1

32 GB RAM (DDR3)

What I use my PC for:
Pro work (Blender3d, Substance Designer/Painter, Video Editing) > Gaming

Blender can utilize 2 GPUs really well. Gtx 1080 TI is around 25-30% better in rendering 3d than gtx 1080. Another important thing, blender loves high Ghz on CPU when in the viewport.

I don't know what to do:

1. Sell my Gtx 1080 and buy Gtx 1080 Ti.
2. Buy another Gtx 1080 for SLI but I will have to change my motherboard and other things...
My Motherboard is really bad, it can't even support SLI and I also have DDR3 which makes things worse because if I change my CPU and motherboard to ryzen or new Intel CPU I will have to buy new RAM, DD4...

Is there anything you think I can do make my job easier - faster render time but without changing 80% of my PC hardware?

You don't actually need SLI except for games, so if you are rendering you can see what the other PCIe slots can do.

Since you have so much RAM, getting yourself Z97 motherboard would make some sense rather than trying for a newer board, CPU, and RAM. Picking up an i7-4790k as well, you could overclock that for some additional speed, but out of the box still goes to 4.4Ghz versus the 3.8Ghz of the i7-4770.

As for rendering performance, a 1080Ti is a decent boost, but not as much as a pair of 1080. You could possibly wait for the release of the GTX 1180.

I think you've pretty much laid out your options, while keeping the maximum of hardware.

Only other thing I can think of would be to find a used workstation (Dell Precision or something) and use that as the core of the computer instead. The older HEDT DDR3 boards commonly supported 3-way SLI with the right CPU.
