Will I be able to fit a sound card with all my hardware?

Will I be able to fit a soundblaster AE-5 without any physical obstructions with the following hardware setup?

*Asrock Fatality Gaming K6 Z370 motherboard
*Two-way SLI GTX 1080 ASUS STRIX edition
*Enermax ETS T-50 CPU heatsink and fan

Would I be able to fit it into the PCIe 1x slot at the very top of the motherboard without any physical obstruction.

It would have to fit between the first graphics card, which has a large metal backplace, and the bulky CPU heat sink.
