My rig:

Cpu= i5 3570k @ 4,4ghz
Mb=asrock z77 extreme6
Gpu=gtx 970 (soon 1070)
Ram=g.skill 16gb (4 sticks) @ 1333mhz 9-9-9-24

I want to overclock my ram to 1600mhz, do i have to change the latency? To what? Do i need to set my voltage higher?

Thanks for the info

Solution
Tried overclocking to 1600 with everything on auto and cpu still on 4.4ghz, no errors or failures in the last 5 hours stresstesting so i guess it works fine.

Thanks for the fast reply!
They may work by leaving everything in auto. If not, the system after several fails to post, will revert ram changes and boot to optimized settings. If not you must clear cmos.
For manual settings, you can try 11-11-11-29 as a start. Then you can start tightening until you get bsods. Maybe it can do 10-10-10-27. Voltage is the last thing but you can try adding 0.05, it's no harm.
After overclock you must check stability. I use Prime95 blend test. Use custom tests and set 13gb of memory tested. It would find errors really quick.
