Modem is connected directly to the router.
Pinging 8.8.8.8 from direct connection to modem:https://i.imgur.com/5kWsoG4.png
(ran this ping again and it now does not lose any packets, im not sure why as I did not change anything.)
Results from throughput test(one computer wired and the other on wireless): https://i.imgur.com/fRxr78L.jpg https://i.imgur.com/jZE1tsJ.png https://i.imgur.com/ZtOeCnO.png

It looks like it's fine when you are on the modem on the last test. Are you able to consistently reproduce it with no lag on the modem? What was different in your other test when it had packet loss? Make sure to watch your resource monitor while you test.

If you can check the total bandwidth on the router see what it is when you are lagging. If something on the network is maxing it then you will lag.
