Dear all, hello,
plz look at my planned build and tell me if its compatible or not or is it not good
GFX card: inno3D gtx 1080 X2 (especially is inno3D reliable, they provide very economical varients)
CPU: intel core i5 7400 (bottleneck?)
MOBO: Gigabyte H310M DS2
PSU: Corsair VS Series VS650
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB Red/Black (8GBx1) 2400Mhz
HDD: Seagate 1TB Sata 64MB cache
Casing: COOLER MASTER MASTERBOX K500L (will everything fit inside this?)
All of this for 1120 USD equivalent of my country including shipping.
and also does hdd comes with sata cables and cpu with stock cooler? or shall I have to buy them separately?

Solution
Have heard mixed things about Inno3d, they appeared to have had a major shipment with a production issue (but so had EVGA several times).
Generally, the cheaper the series, the cheaper the card. But you'll probably be fine.

Your CPU isn't compatible with your mainboard. H310 boards require an 8th gen Intel i-core, like the 8400, which is a much much better buy than the i5-7400. I'd the i5-8400 is too expensive in your country, the i3-8300 is better than the 7400.
An i5-8400 wouldn't bottleneck a 1080. The i3 *probably* wouldn't at 1440p. If you got a 1080p/60Hz screen, drop down to a 1070/Ti. The 1080 is just causing costs and you can't use it's full potential.

PSU is low quality. Depending on your location I reckon it's something...

HDDs don't come with SATA cables but mainboards usually do. All CPUs I've mentioned come with a stock cooler.
