Computer running slow now HELP please

Hello my name is carlos and recently I uprgarded to a amd fx 9590 from a amd fx 6300 also I have upgraded my ram to 16GB ram instead of 8GB I have a gtx 1060 3gb graphics card and a 1Tb hd , 240gb ssd I had windows 7 before i upgraded then I upgrade to windows 10 pro and my computer does not run as fast as my old one is runs slower when it had 8Gb ram and a amd fx 6300 please help

Your motherbd probably doesn't actually support the 9590 (only a few do,) or mention installing a cpu watercooling solution (it could be overheating), nor mention which Powersupply you have trying to feed this 220w monster of a cpu.
