What in gods name causes my frame drops? I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING!

The problem began when I got my new pc. ( not entirely new, some old parts, The storage drives,gpu and psu.

I've closed like almost any unwanted processes, updated all my drivers, put my ram in different slots, reseated gpu tried other sata ports etc. I cant find the problem.

Specs:
-I5 8400
-R9 380X
-Mobo:Gigabyte z370P d3
-2X8Gb ram Corsair lpx 2133mhz
Psu: Cooler master thunder 600w
-240GB Samsung evo 850 ssd
-Seagate 1TB hdd
WINDOWS 10

All games and all settings (said you, I've tried everything) :(

but for example: Kingdom come deliverance, League of legends (especially this one), overwatch

Hi volkgren.

Thank you for the msi afterburner tip.
Everytime my frames are dropping the core clock is going down drastically too.
At idle my core is always around 300-400 and temp is 52 degrees celsius

My memory clock is constant 1500 and temps are around 58-62 degrees celsius
My internet connection is fine.

World of warcraft doesnt seem to have the problem, but that is the only one.

Oh yes I did, I formatted my drives and installed windows 10 on the ssd

Hi, I've tried the unstilling gpu driver thing but that didn't work and bios is up to date.
