How do I set AMD Turbo Core's Voltage with a Asrock 970 extreme3 r2.0?

Hello, so I bought a FX 8150 second hand really cheap (60€) and then, after installing it on my motheboard I discovered that it was reaching 70ºc really easily which temporaly decreased the voltage and clock to 1.3 ghz to cool down which was really noticeable.

Then after researching why I discovered that the problem was caused by the motherbord only having 4 + 1 VRM and a FX 8150 being a 8 core apparently it makes the temperature much worse compared with a mobo with 6 or 8, so alleviate this problem my first though was to underclock the cpu, but meanwhile searching how to properly do that I found about undervolting, a much better solution

Basically I made a lot of tests until I found the perfect stable voltage with amd overdrive, then I set the voltage on the bios (it was 1.3v stock and I got it to 1.225v, lower than that is unstable) at this time I had turbo core disabled so there was no problem, after decreasing the voltage and turning on turbo because I was getting better temps but, after activating turbo core I wasn't anymore.

Then I discovered in amd over drive that turbo core increased the temps quite a lot because it was at 1.4125v on the cores using turbo core!!!

Obviously I wanted to also undervolt those unnecessarily high voltages, and In amd over drive I got it down to 1.3, but here's the problem, there doesn't seem to exist the option to change turbo core voltage on the bios, I have searched for it everywhere but I can't find it/doesn't exist, I also changed every option posible to enable/disable/auto to see if it appeared anywhere but it really doesn't, I can only change the turbo core multiplier:

So after that I tried doing it with amd overdrive but It resets the settings in every boot even with "apply last settings on system start up" enabled and sometimes it disables this checkbox itself

I don't want to disable turbo core, is there a setting to do this on the bios (it isn't updated btw, but I don't think a update Is gonna introduce this setting, or is it?) or is there any other program apart from amd over drive that start with windows and reduces the turbo core voltage?

I've seen programs that can set the "normal" cpu voltage after starting windows but I don't know if there's any one that can set the turbo core voltage

Any solution to this? I just want a way to permanently keep turbo voltage at the voltage I set it to keep it, because currently I have to manually set it everytime windows starts with amd overdrive if I don't want the cpu to "overheat"

Update:
Somehow I've managed to make amd overdrive use the settings at startup after a few crashes (it doesn't seem too stable, either 1.3v it's too little or it's amd overdrive's fault)

But I would still prefer if it were possible to change it on the bios, I've tried setting everything to manual, but I don't see how I can change turbo core voltage, I can only change the multiplier as far as I know

Here all the options as you can see:

i used to have a similar board 990fx killer

the settings you are looking for will should be setting one of the options to manual i cant remember exactly which one but i'd try to set "overclock mode" to manual or "AMD Turbo Core Technology" to manual
