Is 9.52 Mpbs for uploads Considered slow

Solution
you got to look at your plan. might be spot on or might be slower than what you pay for.

also keep in mind your plan also states "up to ___" shen speaking about speeds. so they are not actually guaranteeing the speed you pay for anyway. the only isp i have seen so far that delivers what i pay for is verizon Fios. i get the full speed i pay for at all times. had them for years and even when i had the 50/50 plan i got that 50/50 at all times. i now have the gigabit plan and get the full download and upload speeds the advertise. which is a lot of speed at 940 down and 880 up!!!

At work we have comcast business doing 62D/12U Mbps. I live a mile from work and have comcast at home doing 198D/23U Mbps but im also one house away from a main hub for a few subdivisions so we normally pick off better speeds then what we pay for. I'd have to check the bill but think we are only paying for 75D/10U.

So 2 factors are what do you pay for and how far are you from a hub.
