I'm currently going to replace my stock cooler and I thought of going with the Arctic 33 e-sports. For 30$ I heard it's quiet and keeps temps down. What other coolers have the best bang for buck?

Cryorig H7. One of the best budget coolers on the market. Costs $5 more but cools better. Imho it's worth the extra $5
