I have tried multiple times to factory restore my pc , I go into recovery, Reset this pc and go to Remove everything. After the reset finished and I finish setting up the pc I go into my files and notice all my files are still there, the only things that got deleted were the things on my desk top, I have tried redoing this process many times, nothing seems to remove those files. I am clueless on what to do.
