Installed new ram stick and now PC wont boot.

I installed a new 16GB ram stick and now my PC wont boot. I took out the old stick and tried with just the new one, then the opposite but both times it didn't work. I checked the notches on the stick and motherboard but nothing. I think its not connected properly because I'm not hearing a click, but im pressing hard. I have a x64 Windows. I'm not very good with PCs so I'd appreciate some help, thanks in advance!

I would reinstall the old one. I would look very carefully at how it sits in there or take a picture.

Then try and put the new on in and reference the picture....but take your time and go slow and don't force anything.

I have had situations where ram sticks are just a bitch to get in.
