I bought a new 16GB ram stick, and my computer wont boot. I took out the old ram stick to check if it would boot with the new ram stick but nothing. After, I tried using the old stick again and it didnt work. When I put the stick in I pressed hard but I didnt hear a click. I also checked the notches and slots but I dont know whats wrong. When I try to boot the PC the motherboard lights up, then the graphics card light but then it just stays on the memory light and doesnt boot. Im not very good with PCs so I'd appreciate help. I have x64 bit Windows.

You did not install the RAM all the way. There needs to be a click or the latch/latches need to be in their closed/locked position on the RAM stick. This happened to me and my friend when we took out his ram too. You need to press hard but not too hard (most motherboards are pretty resilient).

Also, did you build this PC or was it a pre-built? If you built it, and still have your motherboard instruction manual, check to see what slot should be occupied first by the RAM. If it is a pre-built and you have the owners manual, they might have instructions for removing and installing RAM.
