High ping only in peer to peer connection

So, apparently when I am playing any games, my ping is lower than 100. and only on Human Fall Flat and Gary's Mod I got high ping (200++). but when i checked the ping through cmd, it is normal and less than 50. any ideas to fix this? only in Peer to Peer connection

ping depends how far they are from you, if I ping a device on my network I get less than 1ms, if I ping something on the other side of the US it is exponentially higher, as it takes longer to travel from A to B. Besides choosing a server closer to you, you can make sure nobody else is downloading or uploading on your internet connection, or possible get a higher speed connection (but that will only help if yours is very slow)

all of my friends are from the exact same region as mine. all of them can connect to each other just fine with minimum pings. while me myself got a 150-250ms ping and a lot of stutter as well
no one use the internet other than me,

Could be anything. Your ISP could be using different routes then your friends leading to higher ping.

Find the IP address of the server and do a trace route and ping tests directly to the server while out of game. Does ping tests reflect the ping you get in game?

P2P is also unreliable. I wouldn't be surprised if it was simply due to the fact it was a P2P connection.
