Yesterday i put my new graphics card to my foxconn H61MXE-v Motherboard but i removed it without power on..after i removed my graphics card it never post..why???i tried removing jumpers cables but not..How can i fix that

You are supposed to remove it without powering or did you remove it while the power was on?
Could you post your system components.
