hey, can i ask you guys something

when i play many games, fps is falling down to 1 for a very short time. it's like framedrop but fps still 60+. but i can see it's falling.

games where the situation is, witcher 3, pubg and GTA 5.

it also happens in other games what i said before

how can i fix it ?

If the CPU cooler is not a top-flow design cooler then your motherboard's VRM MOSFETs are going to overheat. MSI cheaped out on that motherboard model and did not include any heatsink on top of those 20 VRM MOSFETs.
Monitor thermals and core speed while playing (it may help to have HWMonitor open in the background or a 2nd screen).

My FX system didn't have issues with games like that, but that motherboard has very bad VRMs (4+1) and VRM cooling to handle an 8-core chip, and those lag spikes might be thermal throttling to protect itself.
