Okay so i bought some new ddr4 ram (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MR4Y3JE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and i think its set at around 2000 mhz or something like that. I Was going to do 3200mhz but didn't know how. I have a x470 f mobo. I think i saw an option for ram speeds as it was a drop menu and had a load of speeds but was afraid to do anything,
So if you know an EASY guide on how to do this please tell me as im not great with the bios
