That case looks like it's as close as you're going to get to what you want. It will fit the parts you picked.
The "problem" is that these days everyone's big on looks/lights(rgb) so 99% of cases have that integrated into them to some extent.

The case itself is not going to have a video output on it. That's on the video card(s). Although if your plan is to use HDMI 2.1, you'll need to make sure the actual cable you use is an HDMI 2.1 cable.

On that note, HDMI is more for HDTV sets. Generally when it comes to PC's/gaming, DisplayPort is the main connector. There's a fair amount of Gaming Monitors that just have DisplayPort(no HDMI).

I have 32gb in my $3000 build, so for $6000 I'd sure as heck would want at least that(preferably 64gb though).

You could spice things up and have one of each of those Titan Xp 'Star Wars Edition' cards(if you can get a hold of them that is).

Thanks for the update! (Really like the case and the monitor!)
1TB for SSD is enough. I will install my most played game on it.
(World of Warcraft\PUBG\ETC) Multiplayer games

1. I still don't know the difference between Barracuda and Ironwolf!? Trying to look around with google but no one is on the same page.

2. May need some fans too. Any recommendation?

3. Blu-Ray Burner. I still copy some movies for my girlfriend!

4. I can get titan xp for cheap should i still go with 1080ti?
Why would it cost the double for the titan xp if it not better?

Do you think my GTX 1080TI founder edition would fit in ? I looked at some review on amazon and saw 2 comment:

Question: Can you fit a GTX 1080 into this Case?
Answer: Yes but barely. I had to change sata connectors and also reroute some.

I had to remove the side panel shroud (plastic cover by the fan) to fit the Asus GTX 1080.

and would like the additional fans. Quiet if possible.

Based on the case dimensions and card dimensions it should fit . I would recommend the Gigabyte Aurous 1080ti over founder edition. Just as a note though. Newer DirectX games don't use SLI and it is dying off. You might be best served getting 1 card and, using the extra money to upgrade it in the next year.
