Dell Optiplex 780 MT with this card?

Solution
They removed the CPU cooler to take that photo. You can see the black bracket next to the end of the video card. 2 slot wide cards can run into that also. The ZOTAC I mentioned doesn't hit there, and it has a single slot bracket. I'm running one in my Opti 380. I have a C27VV Opti 780 MB sitting here and the 2 tall capacitors are not in the way of a 2 slot wide GPU. From best to worst for 1080P are The ZOTAC GTX1050Ti MINI, The GTX1050 Mini, or a low profile GTX750Ti with the tall single slot bracket ( single fan for length). There are probably some GT1030 that will fit. ITX cards are just a little too long...
according to this: http://i.dell.com/sites/doccontent/shared-content/data-sheets/en/Documents/optiplex_780_tech_spec_sheet.pdf

for the 780 MT
"expansion slots: 1 full length PCIe 16x
305W standard PSU"

It should physically fit but:

https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-950/specifications

according to NVIDIA the card needs a 350w psu with 1x6 pins connector
oem psus are usually of lower quality so it is possible that the gpu wont get enough juice
to be on the safe side i would recommend you to get a new psu

That card will need some modding both to the case and the card itself to fit. It's 2 slots wide, and there is a DVI port on the 2nd slot, so you can't just cut the bracket in 1/2. You would need to cut the case to clear the DVI. Add in the expense of a bigger PSU and my advice is to get the ZOTAC GTX1050Ti Mini 4GB. It's more powerful, fits with no modding, and can run off of the existing PSU.

Good catch! It's a BTX form-factor motherboard and can only use a single-slot graphics card.

The Opti 780 is UEFI, and the ZOTAC is Legacy, so you have to turn off Secure Boot, and turn on ECM or Legacy Mode in the BIOS.
