Hello, I have a decent wifi connection and would like to ask if its possible to spoof your location to an internet cafe to get its benefits and the game I'm trying to trick is on steam and you would have to download it its not a browser game so I was wondering if its possible to spoof your location as a whole on your entire pc to make it seem like your inside the internet cafe which would give you certain benefits.
