After opening port on my router I went to canyouseeme.org. Its not opened but it say Connection timed out. I disabled both firewalls on router and computer, protocol TCP/UDP. I called ISP they make private IP, but still doesnt work. Router is huawei B310s.

IP of your router has to be public (not private).
(Private address ranges 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255, 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255, 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255)
Port forwarding must be configured to forward port on router to your pc.
