Memory management Error BlueScreen

I have been experiencing frequent bluecsreens showing memory management error for a long time. I managed to work somehow on my PC by reinstalling my os windows 7 32 bit but recently I am not able to install any software let alone office and many cases of file is corrupted or files are missing occurs during software installation. Itried checking with antivirus like quickheal avast and other software like malwarebytes etc. and found nothing. Then I used memtest86 to check for ram problems and found this

How old is your PC? and what are the COMPLETE(make, model, capacities, etc) spec for it?
What did you find with memtest86? I can't see anything in your post after "found this".

motherboard gigabyte h81ms
smps 180 or 200 watt
processor intel core i5 4440 cpu 3.10ghz
4gb ddr3 ram
1tb hdd
my pc is about 4 to 5 years old

The error message you are getting indicates a problem with either the memory controller on your CPU or your ram.. Do you have one 4GB stick or two 2GB sticks?
You might try removing the ram and cleaning their contacts with a pink pencil eraser, then re-installing them

I have one 4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram stick, brand is starlite, model is starlite gold ram. I am thinking of changing it with some good ram stick 2x 4gb ddr3 1333mhz or 1600mhz non ecc as supported by my motherboard gigabyte h81ms so I would love some suggestions.
