CS:GO FPS Drops When Shooting

Hello Dear Community,

So Lately I've been getting FPS drops when shooting in the game CS:GO. My FPS usually rises to 300-350 with max settings, but then quickly dips down to id say about 160 to 200. When I got my computer it only dropped to 180 FPS in heavy gun fights. When I'm spraying my AK-47 I notice that my FPS drops 20 FPS or so. This is the only game I have a problem in. I have tried all sorts of configs and launch options non have worked for me. This is Really bothering me so hopefully you can help.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm also experiencing some kind of weird microstutter.

Hardware:

GPU: PALIT GTX 1060 3GB Overclocked
CPU I7-7700 (non-k) 3.6GHz
RAM: 8GB of DDR4
MOBO: MSI H110M PRO-D
STORAGE: 1TB HDD and a 128GB SSD

Thanks for Reading!

Well, firing causes a lot of rapid movements on the screen which adds more stress to the video card and CPU. It might just be something with CS:GO's engine. I've never heard of this problem before. It might be that people are just focused on "KILL KILL KILL" when they are shooting and they don't notice the frame rate.

I think it is just drawing more on the screen and those extra details drop the frame rate. I don't think it is an actual issue.

Thanks for replying!

I have seen people complaining that they are getting FPS drops too when shooting.
But still I'm getting some kind of weird microstutter that I can't explain.
I know that the Source Engine (CS:GO's engine) is not using all of the cores my CPU has 4 core I know that CS:GO only uses 2 cores.
