So im new to computers and this might be a stupid question but im kind of confused why my friends graphic card temps is around at 30*C but mine is about 50*C this is the temps when we were not gaming. To clear you out see this pics under this.

So this is my question:
Why the GTX 1070ti temp is at 57*C while the GTX 1060 and the GTX 1080 is at 30-40*C

Please help me thanks :)

Don't worry too much about idle temps. Temp at idle doesn't really tell us much.

Put it under load (Firestrike Extreme or whatever), then report peak and average temps back here. (If you're hitting 90+ during Firestrike Extreme, that mighty indicate a cooling issue...)

GTX 1080 looks like it has fan speed set at 100%, that's obviously going to keep it cooler.

It looks like the GTX 1060 and 1080 are idling (core and mem speed are very low) but the 1070 Ti is not (running at full clock speed). I don't know what's causing that if you're not running a game, but that could cause higher temps. Also, some cards have a fan stop feature where the fans shut off completely until like 50 or 60C, which causes them to idle at a higher temp.
