Is this RAM compatible with my other RAM?

Hello, I have had the motherboard: Asus sabertooth z97 mark 2 for 4 years now, along with 4x2GB ram sticks Corsair vengeance 1600Mhz, DDR3 CMZ8GX3M2X1600C7R

(link to full specs and website I bought it: https://www.morele.net/pamiec-corsair-vengeance-2x4gb-dimm-1600mhz-ddr3-cl7-xmp-red-heat-spreader-cmz8gx3m2x1600c7r-451036/)

I want more RAM but I can't buy the exact same model, (out of stock almost everywhere) but I was wondering if I can buy a very similar model, with the same producer, same voltage and same frequency.

My first choice is this singular 8GB stick here: https://www.morele.net/pamiec-corsair-8gb-1600mhz-10-10-10-27-vengeance-1-5v-cmz8gx3m1a1600c10-425206/

Or if this one was not comptabile, then these 4x2GB ram sticks:https://www.morele.net/pamiec-corsair-vengeance-2x4gb-dimm-1600mhz-ddr3-cl9-xmp-non-ecc-with-red-heatsink-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9r-429826/

The thing that I see is different in all the RAM sticks is the delay, is that important? And generally, are these ram sticks compatible with each other?

Solution
It's a gamble, it may work and it may not. Ram timings and speed gets synced across all sticks based on the slowest sticks speed so no need to worry about that.
I'd go with the 2x4gb set since that likely has better chances of working.
