Overclocked gpu too much now computer crashes

I overlooked my gpu with msi afterburner and it seemed stable. So i applied the settings to kick in as i start my computer. Turns out the oc was not stable and my computer crashes before i can change the oc to a lower setting. I don't know how to fix it. The comp
 
Solution
If you have Intel CPU you can try booting with iGPU, uninstalling MSI thing or changing it if possible, then boot with dGPU.

Or just pull out video card to do the same, then put it back in.


Yes. It would be a good idea to try safemode. If that doesn't work you can always try to reinstall windows. If the problem still persists that would suggest a hardware problem. If you have a hardware issue you might need to replace 1 or more parts.
