So my dumbass spilt a little bit of room temp water on top of my PC.

The fans started blowing loudly so nervously I just turned the thing off. When I tried to turn it back on I got a blinking yellow light and went to sleep mad. So today I tried to turn it on and its giving me nothing. I checked the usb and realized my mouse was still on and I could charge my phone still.

what do you think this is? and how much to fix

Solution
KEEP PC UNPLUGGED. Take a blow dryer on low, open case and dry it out as best you can. THEN PULL all removable parts one by one inspect and blow dry.
Blow dry their slots as well before replacing. I would not pull the cpu because it is under pressure and i'm confident no moisture was introduced there. Blow dry your mother board as best you can. Make sure you plug your pc into a surge protector before trying to start it back up. Good luck.

That sound could be water and electricity making contact

Do what shknawe says, first disconnect the power cord from outlet or PC.
Disregard the last sentence on the post, since I don't know what that came from. I did not see any mention about it.
