No, not supported by NVIDIA even slightly, nor will it be. You can however use multi-GPU support provided through an API such as DirectX 12.
DX12 multi-GPU support requires the game be specifically written to provide mixed GPU support. The offerings so far are limited and have demonstrated performance results that are not worth the effort.
Bottom line, don't get your hopes up to use an 1180 with a 1080 Ti.
