Bad Overclock and black screen

I was playing with the msi afterbuner and I aplyed a bad set up and my screen went black, the restart button doesn't work, and the safe mode to because there is a black screen.
Specs
Nvidia geforce gtx 950 and 1050
i7 6700k
32gb RAM DDR4

Try pulling both of your graphics cards out of the system, use your integrated graphics, and undo your Afterburner changes from there.

It appears you will have to boot from external media.

With your computer powered down, see the article :

You will need to use Choice #4 (enter safe mode from recovery media), or choice 5 (enter safe mode from installation media). This is assuming you have windows 10
