FPS Drop i7 2600k+gtx 660

Hi guys good day..i'm just wondering why i'm getting huge fps drop in The witcher 3..lately im using this
Motherboard: Msi 760gm-p21 fx
GPU: Zotac gtx 660
RAM: 6gb (2gb+4gb)
PSU: Thermaltake XT 775w

when usign this componet my the witcher 3 setting is at MID setting giving me 30+ FPS..then i upgrade my motherboard to Asrock z77 Extreme 4 and processor to Intel i7 2600k and still using gpu,ram,osu listed above now igetting 10-27 FPS...the game became too laggy and FPS drop constantly..thanks for the help guys

Graphics card and RAM are at minimum system requirements. GTX 1060 and 8GB RAM would be far better. In addition, you're mixing different size of RAM stick, which won't add much speed to the system.

Your gtx 660 is pretty old, you could upgrade to a better gpu like a gtx 1050ti or 1060. Ram should be atleast 8gb these days for modern games.
Also did you reinstall windows after upgrading your motherboard?

hi guys..yup after refomating the drive c only of my unit my TW3 got so laggy but before im getting 30+fps at mid setting .. now the game TW3 so laggy giving me fps drop frm 25-10 constantly...itried some site for bottleneck..it says my cpu and gpu got 34% bottleneck..is this can affect the performance? and ialready update all possible updates listed in the Windows Update, already update my gpu drive via geforce experience hoping it will help me but still the same..and yup im planning to upgrade soon if igot the budget for it but now icant..ithink iwill just upgrade rams..thanks guys
