Ran this thru the sticky multiple times. Reset cmos and removed battery on several occasions. Still no dice. Fans spin, rgb does the stupid rgb thing (not a fan lol) and no video out. I tried removing as many peripherals as possible, SSD, gpus, etc and video came from the motherboards hdmi telling me there was an issue with cpu fan speed. I already started an rma on newegg and tried my intel stock cooler in the cpu fan header. Im using an h80i and thats kept my system cool for quite sometime now, i can hear pump and fan moving. I got into the bios and received some cpu fan error, thats why i thought to use the intel cooler. I cannot get back to bios to change my system settings to low rpm cooler or whatever asus says it is. I cant get back into the bios anymore even when i repeat the steps i did to get there in the first place. Should i continue with rma???

Asus Z270E Motherboard
Intel Core i7 7700(non k)
16 GB patriot memory ram 4x4
Asus strix r9 390 AND gigabyte 390
970 evo boot drive
I seriously appreciate any help atm.
The only new thing is the motherboard, but i was able to get into windows on the first time.
Also yes aio and intel cooler were properly plugged into the aio header and cpu fan header respectively.
Aio fan-cpu fan header
Pump-aio header
Intel cooler-cpu fan header
Yes ive tried the sticky (dunno if i mentioned that)
Edit x3 lulz.
MUCH THANKS

Solution
Well assuming nothing is wrong with both your CPU coolers then it sounds like something is wrong with the CPU_FAN header. The board will never work if the BIOS doesn't detect a CPU cooler in place. So yeah RMA is the way to go.

why_wolf then how come both coolers fans work? I would really hate to rma a working board or recieve a known working board and have it not work. Is that all thats left?
Thanks.
