I need help overclocking my ryzen 2200g both cpu and igpu. I achieved a stable 3800 mhz cpu core clock with 1.4v and 1600mhz on the igpu with 1.225v. Is that good and what should the temperatures be. I am using the stock cooler

Ryzens have a max working temp of ~95C. But like a GPU, you wouldn't want to run at that temp 24/7. I'd keep temps in the 80-85C range and then only at benchmark peak or max gaming peaks.

That's about the best I've seen for the iGPU. The CPU is usually topped out at around 3.9-4.0 GHz. So, I'd say you are about there. The Ryzens CPUs don't seem to have a lot of OC'ing headroom.
If your CPU OC limit is temp, then maybe it is time to get an after-market cooler. But I don't know if the extra 100 - 200 MHz or so will be worth it.

Is that using Ryzen master? Some temp pgms still don't know which reading to use on Ryzens. Tctl is about 20C above the actual temp of the Ryzen cores. Tdie seems more correct. The latest version of Ryzen Master will always report the correct temp.
