not sure if ram is working please help (pics inside)

Its says Hardware reserved 8GB down the bottom of the photo for those who didnt know about holding ctrl and scrolling
im currently using 8gig which came stock with my computer i did a little research on ram and compatibility, but im leaning towards my gpu wont let it run the memory until i upgrade... not sure please help me out guys

mother board A320MA-m.2
cpu : ryzen 5 1600
gpu gt710 (waiting on the 1050ti)
New ram stick is kingston hyperX fury 4gb x2

just doing research and im worried i brought sticks that dont work for my mainboard. if i run GTA V online it uses 90% without anything using memory in task manager apart from the main things (windows explorer etc...) and before i had put the 2x 4GB sticks of ram in it clocked at 90% too (according to my computers gadgets.

Also i know im calling it close on gtav but im on ultra low settings until this new gpu arrives

Hey there :)
the stock 8gb ram stick is unknown from speccy but the new ram are 2x 4gb kingston hyperX fury which came together.
i mean if i check "my computer" > "properties" it says 18gb ( i fiex an old msg which said 8gb unuseable, i had to re put the ram in the right order to make that message go away).

so does that mean my ram isnt working. i just dont get it because my computer is reading it and its showing just 8 gb is restricted and i have 0 clue on what that means :(
