Please let me know about your experience with the graphics card above. Does the single fan affect anything? Is it noisier or hotter? I live in a tropical country, so hotter will be a problem if the card can't handle it.

I'll be using it with an i5 7400 on a Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H v1.0 motherboard, just stock, no overclocking. My monitor will just be an old 1080p Samsung LS22C350HS, through its HDMI port. I'll only be playing games on it like World of Warcraft, LoL, DoTA 2, CS:GO, PUBG and Fortnite.

Thank you for your time.

If the ambient temperature is high he will have heat issues, which he does say is his issue. I agree its not a hot card normally, but a lot of factors go into it not just the fans on his case.

Let's presume 30 C or 86 F indoor temperature, while using the electric fan instead of air conditioning, for energy conservation. :)

So far :

Petarded - this card will throttle under heat and load.

norcalsc - if there are heat problems, it's not the card's fault, but likely the case ventilation needs to be improved.

Rogue Leader - it's not a hot card but it depends on other factors.

Thanks for all your inputs. :)

I guess I'll look at other models and brands of GTX1050ti, or look for a very, very cheap GTX1060 :) , in the meantime.

PS: I can turn on the air conditioning but I don't want to need to turn on the air conditioning every time just to use the computer.

I was going to pick ASUS GTX 1050ti Phoenix or Zotac GTX 1050ti Mini as alternate choices, but guess what? They're both single fan cards. :-(

https://www.asus.com/ph/Graphics-Cards/PH-GTX1050TI-4G
https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-mini#spec

These card designers must be really confident about the cooling system they built into their product. I guess I'll just turn on the a/c when the room becomes warmer than 80F (73F sounds like heaven). :-/

I searched for recommendations between these brand-models but all the results were "choose whatever you like". I'll wait a few weeks and ask the store again if they have new deliveries for GTX 1050ti. If these are still my choices, I'll just go with MSI.

In most cases that single fan is fine. Your problem is your high ambient temperature. As for the brands, yeah, they are all similar, you get better warranties with some (EVGA) but otherwise you can't go wrong with any of them.
