5 ghz Network Dropping After Hour of Use

I have a ASUS PCE-AC55BT network card in my build, I have latest drivers but after an hour or two I get booted off of my 5ghz network and forced on to my much much MUCH slower 2.4ghz network. Any ideas? My computer won't even detect my neighbours network. A reboot usually fixes this but there must be a better way!

If a reboot fixes it, then it is either a hardware or software glitch. You might be able to correct a software glitch by reinstalling drivers (or installing a newer version, if available). If it is a hardware glitch, you could try using a different slot on the motherboard, but if that does not work you should consider contacting Asus for replacement.
