I have an old Lenovo TS140 that I use as a homeserver, it is rocking the E3-1225 v3, this is what it came with. However, I also have an old i7-3770 lying around from my old PC.
I want to use one of the two to make a dedicated streaming/encoding PC. Which CPU would be better for this? I have the components needed to make either one work, I just need to know which one would get the job done/is capable of encoding a 1080p 60fps (preferably) stream.
