hi i have 16gb ddr4 ram 1 slot , i7 7700 , gtx 1080 latest driver and i get 80 - 150 max csgo fps :( pllease help me i have multicore enabled and settings all high all low same fps my cpu usage is like 10% when i play csgo on task manager how i increase it i used to get on my i7 2600 gtx 660 250 fps

Try increasing your settings to put some of the load onto the GPU. Also if you upgraded your system to a new motherboard and CPU and didn't reinstall Windows, start there.

Secondly RAM in 1 slot means your not getting the benefit of dual channel (16GB would be 2x8GB), and depending on game or application you can get some serious performance gain.

Because if you are playing against someone who is as good as you then seeing him even 1 or 2 ms before he sees you gives you an edge.

A game like csgo you need lots of fps from my experience playing the game a lot the past 3 years, so i can see why people complain not getting 300fps with a 7700 and a 1080.

I seriously hope you play more games than cs:go that actually fully utilize an i7 and gtx 1080. I rarely ever play the game but I get 200+ at 1080p max settings with an i5-6600k and gtx 960. Does your 1080 perform up to par in other games besides cs:go? Maybe run a few benchmarks.

fucking you notice 300 and 150 fps and by 150 max i say so it drops to 90 and my 144hz i can see its not stable 150 so it sucks to get 144+ you get it or nah?

I've played competitive csgo for years the difference between 150fps and 300 is easily noticeable if you've played for long enough. There no reason you shouldn't be getting 300 steady. I would recommend a uninstall of current drivers and a reinstall. If that does not work then I would do a fresh install of windows.

Have you tried different games? Is it just CSGO?

i think its just csgo ? like gta 5 is getting same fps as shown in youtube , same as tom clancy rainbow six so its csgo problem but i dont know why it drops to 90 !! 144hz monitor for csgo and i cant see shit

+ i dont play csgo @ 1080p cuz it sucks i play it lowers res 4:3 stretched 1280x960 all lowest settings possbile and 90 fps min and highest 170 and my 144hz cant see see cuz it drops under 144 alot and its not stable
