Surley 1050ti, but new nvidia gpu line is coming out in august, soo I would recommend you to stick with it for now.
Which ram do you have? Since Ryzen depends on dual channel and 2600+ memory speed.

I would OC the RyzenG igpu and stick with it, after gpus come out 1000 prices should drop and pick.
I already OCed the VRAM of RX Vega 11 iGPU to 2GB, but there are some games that barely running at a decent FPS which is really good to me. Funny thing is that I haven't yet encountered any BSOD or other issue during light gaming session. Yeah, probably I would stick with it about a month until I get GTX 1050Ti to pair with Ryzen 2400G.
I already imagine what "funny situation" might be between Ryzen 5 2400G paired with upcoming GTX 1180 or even 1180Ti. XD What I would like to see such a video on YouTube.
