AMD CPU came off with stock cooler

Title, the CPU is still stuck to the cooler with thermal paste, pins look perfect, what do I do to detatch the processor from the cooler?

id just use a butter knife, will work fine just be careful of pins.

use a little bit of alcohol around the stuck part and just pull it off. Maybe use something thin to pry between the CPU and cooler to help get it off.

I mean with some alcohol and something to pry it up, yes Id just pull it off.

No I wouldn't the bending moments world be very high, you may get lucky, you may not, twisting works with the strength of the materials better and the weakness of the paste.
