This is what I currently have. Wasn't hoping to spend an arm and a leg to upgrade everything but I think I may have to.

I was gonna try and go for a 1070 or Vega 64 (Not sure which is better)

E:
CPU
Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B85M-Gaming 3 (SOCKET 0)
Graphics
2460G4 (1920x1080@144Hz)
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Gigabyte)
4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 380 Series (XFX Pine Group)
CrossFire Disabled

Also have a 1080p 144hz (freesync) monitor

Solution
Those cards are pretty close, with the vega 64 having the edge. The i5-4590 is still a vialble CPU for gaming with either of those cards. Since you don't sound like you want to waste money, I'd go with the gfx card upgrade. Then if a new system is in the works later, you already have a decent card.

That sounds like a smart Idea! I think I'll just do that. Ive looked at some benchmark videos and it looks like that pair will run decently. If need be in the future then I can always just wait until later and upgrade whatever I need as I go on.

Thanks for the answer!
