RAM is having issues, any way to fix it?

I know which module is broken, I don't know what's wrong with it, and Corsair wants me to send both sticks back in order to return them.

I was just wondering if there's anything I can do in windows in order to like, reset the ram stick or something to fix it, or at least attempt to. I know it's a bit farfetched, but I thought it was worth a try.

If you have faulty cells on a DIMM, there is nothing that can be done about it. Ask Corsair if it can advance a replacement so you can swap the memory before returning your defective DIMMs. If Corsair does offer advance RMA, they'll likely want to put a hold on your credit card until they receive your old memory.
