I have a gtx970 with ssd 128 gb 1 tb hard drive 16 gb ram i7 3rf gen everything is cool but im worried cuz my power supply is made in china its cool max 650 w will that cause any problem?

Your system wont use more than 400w , should be still safe.

It is dangerous when power consumption at full load near cheap psu rated.

By the way cheap psu may only show peak , unsrable voltage. Take 20~30% off that 650w would be safe

Many PSUs are made in China - - - even some reliable brands - - - so "Made in China" doesn't necessarily mean "rubbish" - - not these days. A lot of cheap cr*p does still come from there however, the trick is knowing what to avoid (THF can help with that).
