Hello guys, I am having some trouble and hoping that you guys can help me get the decision correctly. I just today purchased the Powerspec G460 $1899 usd desktop, and figured out that there are some issues with the sound card. Front mic jack is not working, and I have to enable and disable the speakers from the control panel every time I take off the microphone jack. So I was planning to get it replaced, however, I just saw a Alienware Auora desktop which is almost identical spec, but $100 usd more which is 1999 usd. Can you guys help me decide which one is a way to go?
Here are the two links for the desktops.

Thank you so much guys.

So honestly, neither. I've never heard of Powerspec and Alienwares at this point are just Dells with a lot of flash and the typical Dell problems and aweful support. If you dont want to build one yourself NZXT.com now has a build services and checking their prices they are comparative to both of those with much nicer equipment. There is also Xidax.com which I've heard good things and again they are priced very well. And Ive also heard HP's line of gaming computers are pretty decent.

The R7 is a nice system . I have been building all my systems for years but the memory and GPU cost pushed me to buy per built .
My R7 is about 1 month old. Blazing fast , super quite. All games are played at ultra and look great. Lots of room in the case to upgrade also
