Problem with FPS on gtx 1080

I am playing rainbow six siege and in menu my FPS is constantly 60fps and while I am in a match it is between 65-85.
I have a 60hz full hd monitor, I play on ultra settings and my configuration is i7 7700k, msi 1080 gaming x 8gb, 16gb RAM

Does anybody know what is the reason why am I having such a low FPS because I think that I should have with this configuration at least around 100 FPS

Since it's running constantly at 60 FPS in the menu I have to wonder if you are running Adaptive Vsync or something? Also, always try running Nvidia Inpsector. It has profiles for just about every game and driver level tweaks that make them run better.

The problem was antialiasing. There is some bug I guess.. When I changed to TAA it was all fine, now I am having 170+ FPS
