Asus KGPE-D16 keep getting a chassis intrusion system halted error

So I have an asus kgpe-d16 motherboard with 2x amd opteron 6344's with 4x4gb ddr3 mhz ram. the only problem I am having is that i keep getting a chassis intrusion error and it leads to a fatal error. nothing I have done has worked. there isn't even a jumper pin on or near the aux panel so, I have no idea what is wrong. if someone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.

Battery not involved.
*Updating* bios will not help.
Try to REFLASH bios by programmer (if you have no programmer, use service center)

I just recently updated the bios about an hour after I posted this, and still no solution, I was wondering if a dead cmos battery would cause this?
