China - Micron dispute and ban

Well, apparently
The Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court issued a preliminary sales injunction against Micron that prevents it from selling 26 semiconductor products, including DRAM and NAND flash memory chips, in China, contract chip manufacturer UMC said in a statement late on Tuesday.

Micron said it had not been served with the injunction and would not comment further until it had reviewed documentation from the Chinese court. The court declined to comment on the case and said injunctions were not posted publicly.

We'll have to see what the end result will be, but Micron may get hurt out of this while UMC runs away with the alleged "stolen" tech.

Solution
CHina cannot get away by taxing American silicon. Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Micron, WD... all american. Chinese are just making PCBs. They will need to relate on Samsung if they want to go this route.

Not only this, but Micron is making GDDR6 and 3DXPOINT. China is stupid and the people who took this decision are going to understand their mistakes at some point.
