New Pc Build [Help/Suggestions]

I'm trying to build a new system because the pc I'm currently using is outdated.
[AMD FX6300 - R9 270X 2GB] (Don't judge haha)

Budget of around 1100€ [1285$ / 972£]

I have the possibility to reuse the HDD (1TB Seagate 7200RPM) and SSD (120GB SanDisk) in my current PC. But include an HDD and SDD in your reply.

I want help with choosing parts for the most balanced PC I can build without surpassing the budget.
I won't be performing any top-level overclocking. The overclocking I'll be doing will be to just add a little kick to the performance.
The use of this build will be mainly focused on gaming with some occasional video editing and recording/streaming but I'll be using other programs such as Lightroom/Photoshop and AutoCAD, as well.

Open to any sort of recommendation.

HDD:
-Seagate 2TB BarraCuda 7200 RPM 64MB Cache

PS:

Solution
CPU: 2600X or 2600 if you want to save alittle

GPU: I would say the 1080 Mini, they are powerful little cards although s me say they are on the noisy side, if that's a concern then the 1070ti

Mobo: Almost any Ryzen motherboard will work but may require a BIOS update (AMD offers a upgrade kit where they will ship you a simple CPU to do it) but I think the ASRock AB350 Pro4 is one of the best affordable Ryzen boards with alot of features

SSD: I dont know much about which brand of SSD is best, I know Samsung is probably the most popular.

HDD: Get whatever is cheapest, they are all about the same

PSU: I would suggest something better, you can get Seasonic Focus Gold at good prices.

I’m going to get the 2600X since it’s just 20€ more compared to the 2600.

(GPU) I don’t mind the noise too much since my current PC sounds like it’a about to take off.

(CPU) How much does the upgrade kit cost?

(PS) Is 600W enough?

The 2600X left to auto will oc more (4.25ghz) compared to manual all core oc.

The only you need to do is ram. Try to bump it up to 2933 mhz min.

A 1070ti would be enough for gpu.

Corsair vengeance 550, txm, evga g2, g3 xfx xtr, pro series, seasonic gold psu are good.

Dont know if you can get these prices, but this would be ideal if you do.

If you game and you can't find these prices, get the intel 8600K which generally is better for gaming. If you don't overclock you can just get a basic H370 or Z370.
